All our products are made to order and produced by the supplier closest to your location to reduce delivery time, costs, and import duties.
We do this to keep prices fair and quality high while minimising waste.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll provide a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.
As each product is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
